properly for trouble free operation.
STANDARD WARRANTYModel / Standard Warranty
Commercial Power Purifier (800A) / 10 Years Core and Coil + 2 Years on all other components.* Labor, travel and living expenses are the customer's responsibility for repairs in the field. Units returned to Controlled Power have parts and labor covered;shipping costs are not covered under the standard warranty. WHAT A CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLAN OFFERS:Hotline: 24 hour toll free 1-800-521-4792. Response Time: Immediate 24 hour phone support. If problem is not solved, Controlled Power will make every effort to have your system running within 48 hours. BATTERIES (where applicable):Emergency Lighting Inverters: Batteries are covered under a 15 year pro-rate schedule. Installation, freight, travel and disposal are only covered under the pro-rate when enrolled in a customer support plan. Uninterruptible Power Systems: Battery changes, installation, freight, travel and disposal are covered under a 48 month pro-rate schedule when enrolled in a Customer Support Plan, beginning from the original date of shipment or battery installation date. Batteries are not covered if they were not supplied by Controlled Power Company. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:Optional preventive maintenance includes the following:Annual battery run down certification (Emergency Lighting Inverters only) for 90 minutes per NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, Section 5- 9.3 and NFPA 70 (N.E.C. 70) National Electric Code.
Start-up (optional): Includes installation inspection (wired properly, location, environment), Unit inspection (internal and external), Unit power up, Operation verification including options. One visit includes all travel expenses. Excludes applicable zone charges. PRICING: Prices published are for units within 50 miles of local service representatives in the continental United States only. Use the Customer Support Locations Guide and add any applicable zone charges. All Customer Support plans must be paid in full prior to any service being performed. CUSTOMER SUPPORT PLAN DESCRIPTIONSSILVER
DESCRIPTION:The Silver plan is an extended warranty. A replacement UPS, module or component(s) will be delivered to your location by the carrier of your choice. The defective UPS, module or component(s) must be returned to Controlled Power Company at your expense. Freight charges are not covered. On site labor, travel and all related expenses are not covered. Only in house parts and labor are covered. The Silver plan begins 1 year from the original ship date. Zone charges do not apply. Note, this service contract does not cover failures due to an act of god (floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, terrorist attacks, etc). The contract will not cover incidents which are the fault of the user (Incorrect installation, improper use, improper adjustment etc). GOLD
DESCRIPTION:The Gold plan includes on-site repair or a replacement unit if your unit develops a problem. Hours of on-site coverage are Monday through Friday (excludes holidays) 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (8 hours). There is no preventive maintenance with this plan. If necessary at CPC's discretion, a replacement unit will be delivered to your location. The defective unit will be picked up from your location. All freight costs, parts and labor are covered. Applicable zone charges apply. Note, this service contract does not cover failures due to an act of god (floods, lightning strikes, earthquakes, terrorist attacks, etc). The contract will not cover incidents which are the fault of the user (Incorrect installation, improper use, improper adjustment etc). GOLD PLUS
